Shipping Progress

Everything starts by you placing an order. It enters our system, which is confirmed by you receiving an automatic email with your order summary.

On average, we take 0-1 days to prepare the order for expedition. Then it takes 5-7 days for the package to arrive on your doorstep. We use various shipping services to make sure your orders arrive in a timely manner.

What if my order is delayed?

Sometimes there can be delays caused by weather or high volume. Please kindly allow up to 2 extra days and if your package still hasn't arrived, contact our support at sales@burningwoodemporium.com along with your order number.

What if my order arrives damaged?

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please immediately document the damage (we accept both photos and videos) and send it to sales@burningwoodemporium.com, also include your order number and comments of what's damaged. You need to submit this report within 24hrs after receiving the package.
