Do you offer free shipping?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please immediately document the damage (we accept both photos and videos) and send it to sales@burningwoodemporium.com, also include your order number and comments of what's damaged. You need to submit this report within 24hrs after receiving the package.

Where is my package?

If the maximum processing and shipping time has passed and you still have not received your package, don't worry. Allow up to two more days. If your package has not yet arrived, please contact us indicating your order number.

What is the delivery time?

Once the order is placed, we need 0-1 business days to process it. This includes packing the order and quality control to ensure that the goods match the dimensions and are not defective.
